Hi! I'm Jack Sheehan, I'm 23, and I've been playing guitar for 10 years. I've been teaching guitar lesson for over 2 years. I hold a degree in Music Technology and Business from Rowan University. I have a plethora of live music experience playing an upwards of 50s in multiple bands. Some of my favorite musical genres include Grunge, Indie Rock, and Electronic house music. My non-musical hobbies include dungeon and dragons, videos games, and watching a lot of movies. I love animals and have a lovely dog named daisy.

Angie is a guitarist of 16 years with a background in everything from jazz to metal. She has her associates of arts degree in music from RVCC and attended Montclair State University pursuing music education with a jazz focus. Bringing enthusiasm and passion to her lessons, Angie is a firm believer that each student's musical journey deserves an individualized approach. She hopes to help students improve as a musician in a comfortable, low-pressure environment, and help them to approach their mistakes gracefully.

Andrew is based in Hudson County but has spent the last five or so years entertaining audiences on cruise ships. He has worked for both Holland America Line and MSC Cruises as a vocalist and pianist. As a teenager, he studied at the 92Y School of Music in Manhattan. In 2018 he graduated from Rhode Island College, where he studied musical theatre and piano. As a student at RIC, he performed in various plays, musicals, and ensembles. Additionally, he competed twice in the Irene Ryan Acting competition at the American College Theatre Festival. He is currently pursuing his master’s at California State University, Northridge. Andrew also plays cocktail piano throughout the NY Metro Area and works for Six Flags Corporation as a music director.

Sem Etienne is a multi-instrumental music educator with over 12 years of experience teaching in public schools. A graduate of Orange High School, he earned his degree with honors from Seton Hall University. While at Seton Hall, he served as Pep Band Leader, was the First Chair Trumpet in the University Orchestra, and First Chair Flugelhorn in the Jazz Ensemble. With more than a decade of teaching experience, he has developed and led concert bands, marching bands, drumlines, and pit orchestras while providing specialized instruction for brass and woodwind musicians.

Gabriel Schmid-Doyle is a composer, jazz bassist and educator in the New Jersey and New York Metropolitan area. She started her musical journey on the violin, and eventually switched his main instrument to double bass. She attended SUNY Purchase College for her BM in Jazz Performance on Bass, At Purchase he studied bass with Professors Ugonna Okegwo, David Wong, and Doug Weiss. Now, she is finishing her Master's at William Paterson in Jazz Composition and Arranging, where he got to study with greats in the field of Big Band such as Ed Neumeister, Pete McGuinness, and Cecil Bridgewater. While at William Paterson he arranged and performed “Passages” by Steve Wilson for the Jazz Orchestra, with Mr. Wilson as a guest soloist.

BK Noble, a Cleveland native, is a seasoned performer with over 20 years of experience onstage. BK is skilled in Indie, Folk, R&B, Pop, Choral, and Jazz stylings, with a specialization in storytelling and creating emotional connections through music. They hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theater from Kent State University.

Hi, I'm Lauren! I'm a classically trained soprano and lifelong student of piano with a Master of Music degree from the Mannes School of Music. In 2026, I made my Carnegie Hall debut with the Arcadia Symphony chorus for their America 250 celebration, and my past operatic credits include the title role in Lully's Armide, Casilda in Gilbert and Sullivan's The Gondoliers, and First Lady in The Magic Flute. I believe music lessons should offer a shame-free, supportive space to play and find your individual voice. Whether your goal is to feel more confident singing in choir, play piano at your school talent show, apply to conservatory, or just feel freer singing in the shower, it would be my privilege to help you on your journey!
