Terms and Conditions

By signing up, you agree that we may send you: Transactional Messages – Appointment reminders, schedule updates, and payment notifications. Marketing Messages – Promotions, special offers, and news about our services. Opting out of marketing does not affect your ability to receive transactional messages. You can opt out of either message type at anytime by replying STOP or by adjusting your preferences.

Lessons are scheduled based on availability and may be held in person or online. Students are expected to arrive on time for their lessons. If an instructor is unavailable, we may provide a substitute teacher or reschedule.

Membership payments are due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may result in lesson suspension until payment is received. Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of extended instructor absence or company closure.

Private Lessons: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule without penalty. Group Classes: A minimum of 30 minutes' notice is required to qualify for rescheduling. Missed lessons or cancellations made after these timeframes are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

Students and parents are expected to treat instructors and staff with respect. Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in lesson termination.

Our software is provided for scheduling lessons, tracking progress, and making payments. Users must not share login credentials or misuse the software. We may update or modify the software at any time.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in lessons or use of our software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to terminate lessons or services due to: Non-payment, repeated cancellations/no-shows, violations of our Code of Conduct.

When you fill out an inquiry form, we ask for your name, email address and phone number. Your email and any other information will only be used to contact you about lessons or classes with us. Your personal information will not be distributed to anyone for any purpose.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.

This website uses various web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and other measurement tools to help analyze how users use the site. These tools use ‘cookies’, which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google and Meta. This information is then used to evaluate visitors use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.

We will never (and will not allow any third party) use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any personally identifiable information of visitors to our site. The Web Analytics vendors do not associate your IP address with any other data held by them. Neither we nor the Web Analytics Vendors will link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user.
