She holds degrees in vocal performance and pedagogy from Drury University and Northwestern University. Dr. Zinecker has taught choir in the Conroe Texas and Republic Missouri School Districts and served as an Adjunct Professor at Drury University. She has also directed choirs for Christ Episcopal Church and the Community Children’s Choirs of Southwest Missouri. Valuing personal relationships with students and her family, Dr. Zinecker is enthusiastic about joining Musicologie to continue nurturing future musicians.

She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Music Performance from the University of North Texas and The University of Texas at Austin. Haley has performed in cities including Memphis, Chicago, New Orleans and Hong Kong. She has also presented at the collegiate level at the University of Oklahoma and in Limerick, Ireland, as part of the World Harp Congress Conference. Haley has arranged and published numerous harp pieces and educational curricula. Above all, Haley has a passion for working with beginner harp students of all ages. She loves helping new harpists build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of music from their very first lesson....

Adam began playing guitar at four, piano at eight, and drums at eleven, beginning a lifelong involvement with music. He attended the University of Southern California on a full scholarship, studying composition with Frank Ticheli, Ted Hearne, and Sean Friar, piano with David Arnay, and guitar with Pat Metheny. While at USC, he also sang extensively in choirs and taught music in elementary schools throughout South Central Los Angeles. After graduating, Adam worked as a film composer and producer, with credits including Air Jordan, Vice, and Journeyman Pictures. He has also worked for Hans Zimmer, collaborated with artist mk.gee, and produced music for many emerging pop artists.

She has been playing piano for 15 years and clarinet for 10 years. In college, she spent four years performing with the Symphonic Winds concert band and also enjoyed time with the University Ringers. Kaitlyn's teaching style is all about fostering creativity and fun, making lessons a safe space for students to express themselves. Whether you're an early learner, a kid, or an adult, Kaitlyn is ready to guide you on your musical journey with her easy-going and encouraging approach.

I have been trained in jazz drum set and performed in jazz and rock bands since I was a teenager. At UC Berkeley, I studied and performed African drums. In 1995, with an intense interest in Indian music, I began studying tabla (Indian classical drumming) with Zakir Hussain and continued until 2023. I began performing tabla with professional artists from India as well as solo. I performed a tabla solo at the University of Copenhagen in 2017. I have taught percussion to all ages and levels. When teaching music, I apply universal rhythmic principles to all different styles I teach, from jazz and rock drum set to Latin percussion. I am especially excited to bring Indian tabla and percussion to Musicologie.

He has performed with various ensembles including the Colorado Light Opera and McKinney Philharmonic, and performed and taught in Colorado, Alabama, California, Texas, and abroad. He has held leadership roles in the Texas Music Educators Association and is a member of the Texas Music Adjudicators Association and the Texas Orchestra Directors Association. Mr. Miller remains active as a performer, school orchestra director, clinician, adjudicator, and Musicologie teacher.
